1. 2 weeks cancellation notice required, if less than 2 weeks 50% of the agreed hire fee is payable.
2. Bounce Bounce are not liable for any losses or charges incurred due to cancellation by either party.
3. Any claims for compensation must be made and received by Bounce Bounce within 24 hours from hire date.
4. Payment terms are cash on delivery.
5. No deposits are required at time of booking
6. Delivery and collection times will be stated at time of booking.
7. All hires and fundraising deals are subject to weather conditions on the day.
8. All hires are still payable if weather deteriorates after Bounce Bounce have delivered the inflatable(s).
9. Bounce Bounce are not liable for any injury caused by using or through misuse of any inflatable.
10. We will supply all equipment required by health and safety law.
11. We will ensure that the customer is aware of all safety rules before the inflatable is used.
12. A full copy of our terms and conditions will be supplied at time of delivery/arrival.
13. A copy of our insurance can be provided, upon your request.
14. A copy of our liability wavier must be signed before the inflatable(s) can be used.
15. Our insurance requires any injuries or accidents to be reported immediately to Bounce Bounce.
16. If the inflatable is dirty and requires cleaning after the hire, this will be charged at £15.00 per hour.
17. If we supply generators for use during the hire a charge is payable including fundraising deal.
18. If we receive no confirmation of booking for fundraising deals we will not attend.
19. Any damage caused to any items supplied by Bounce Bounce must be paid for in full.
